Professional Career

From 1954 to 1958 studied at the Werkkunstschule Düsseldorf.
Afterwards he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart. There in the class for glass painting with Professor Rudolf Yelin.

Artistic approach

Already during my art studies it was very important for me to penetrate into the secret of colours. I found this not only in books, but also in my artistic work as a restorer.
Above all, I am fascinated by the rich colours in snowy landscapes.
